Terms for using Omni

1. What Omni Provides

Omni is an AI media workspace for creating video, image, script, and workflow outputs from prompts, uploaded assets, and user instructions. The service may use third-party AI models, storage providers, email providers, and infrastructure services to process requests.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account, credentials, prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, and activity under your account. Keep login details secure, use accurate account information, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your Content and Generated Outputs

You retain the rights you already have in prompts, scripts, uploaded images, reference materials, and other content you provide. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for your own lawful projects. You are responsible for confirming that your inputs and outputs do not violate third-party rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, contracts, platform rules, or applicable law.

AI outputs may be similar to content generated for other users, may be inaccurate, and may require human review before publication. Do not rely on generated content as legal, financial, medical, safety, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Omni to create, request, distribute, or assist with:

• Illegal content, fraud, scams, credential theft, spam, malware, or security abuse.
• Sexual content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual abuse material.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or dehumanizing content targeting protected classes or private individuals.
• Graphic violence, instructions for physical harm, weapons misuse, or dangerous activities.
• Impersonation, misleading deepfakes, undisclosed synthetic media intended to deceive, or unauthorized use of a person's likeness or voice.
• Copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality violations.
• Political persuasion, voter suppression, or manipulative public-interest deception where prohibited by provider or platform rules.
• Attempts to bypass model safety systems, rate limits, access controls, monitoring, or provider policies.

5. Third-Party Models and Provider Rules

Omni may route prompts, files, metadata, and generation requests to providers such as Google Gemini/Veo, email providers, databases, queues, and storage services. Your use must also comply with provider terms, usage policies, safety policies, and rate limits. Provider availability, model behavior, quotas, and moderation decisions may change.

6. Review, Moderation, and Enforcement

We may refuse, throttle, remove, suspend, or terminate access to content or accounts when we believe use violates these terms, provider rules, law, safety requirements, or service integrity. We may preserve records where required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Omni is provided as-is. Generated media may fail, time out, contain artifacts, or produce unexpected results. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product, providers, laws, and safety practices evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
