How Omni handles data
Effective May 31, 2026.
1. Data We Collect
We collect account information such as email address and password authentication data, service activity such as login and logout events, and content you provide including prompts, scripts, uploaded images, reference files, generation settings, workflow plans, and generated media.
2. Technical and Usage Data
We may collect device, browser, network, API, error, performance, and security logs to operate the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, improve reliability, and protect accounts.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to provide authentication, password resets, job creation, video and image generation, asset storage, workflow planning, notifications, customer support, abuse detection, service analytics, compliance, and product improvement.
4. AI Providers and Processors
To generate media, Omni may send prompts, scripts, uploaded assets, metadata, and generation settings to third-party providers such as Google Gemini/Veo and supporting infrastructure including database, queue, email, and storage providers. These providers process data according to their own terms, data processing terms, privacy policies, and safety systems.
5. Generated Media and Uploaded Assets
Uploaded assets and generated outputs may be stored so you can view job history, retry generations, download assets, and keep workflow context. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless the deployment and provider contracts are configured for that use.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help run Omni, when you direct us to share it, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or during a business transaction such as financing, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
7. Retention and Deletion
We keep account, job, asset, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce terms, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. Retention periods may vary by data type, provider system, backup schedule, security requirement, and legal obligation.
8. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data where required by applicable law. Some data may remain in backups, logs, security records, provider systems, or records we must keep for legal and operational reasons.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as authentication, environment-based secrets, provider access controls, and production database/queue infrastructure. No online service is completely secure, and users remain responsible for protecting credentials and choosing appropriate content to upload.
